Disabled but still getting exercise
I have terrible lower back problems. Lots of pain and instability. I sometimes push myself too hard and pay for it afterwards. I can not live on 1500 calories a day so the bottom line for me is to burn calories and reward myself. Walking at a moderate pace works for me.

Also looking for friends/motivation
Just back after almost 2 years. Need to lose 25. Struggle with RA, IBS and lower back issues. Difficult to walk for even an hour. Love food.

Hi all
Just reloaded the fitness app back on phone and made it through the day so far under my calories. Yay. Joined a gym and plan on 3 to 4 low impact workouts per week. Hopefully my RA and my back disability are up for it. I hate being overweight. I could use some friends from this site. Thanks. Rob g. :-)

banking calories
I was told that if I don't use my calories daily that my body will think it's starving and hold on the the pounds/fat. It was suggested not to starve myself. Also to eat 6 meals instead of 3. Started July 31, 2015 and with the help of this app and working out at the gym 3 days a week I lost 12 pounds. 2 days chicken, 2 days fish, 2 days beef while staying at my allowed calories.
