  • Eat more protein and veggies. You'll stay full if you're eating tons of chicken and plants, plus it won't be junk and sugar :-)
  • Hi Esha, It could also be because you're not being patient enough. Sometimes clients of mine lose more weight once they start waiting a bit longer between weight loss intervals. E.g. maybe previously you could lose a pound a week, but now it might take a pound a month. Have you tried waiting a bit longer?

  • Personally, I use ezekiel bread, but otherwise I tend to eat a lot of rice or corn tortillas instead.
