I don't really have cheat days... if i want a piece of candy, I dont have a dressing on my spinach. If i want a subway sandwich, i dont have a night-time snack. I just factor whatever I want into my daily intake.

I'm not strictly vegan but i try to maintain a diet that is, wholesome, unprocessed, fermented and clean.. I eat gluten-free/dairy-free more then not.
