If you like the Arizona, why not brew your own? Then you could control the amount of sugar.

Oh man, I used to get 1 or 2 gout attacks a year, each one more miserable than the next. Haven't had one in more than 5 years. I think it was the processed meats that were getting me, I used to eat a lot of hot dogs and lunch meats.

That's not a gun problem, it's a crime problem.

Yes, agree, to old to get *kitten* kicked, too young to die. As I said I thought about it. The cops might relax when they find out you're legal to carry, but the way a lot of them are so trigger happy and scared it can become an "if" and not a "when". The news and YouTube are full of videos where cops shoot first and ask…

Ice, lots of ice. I can always drink more water when its cold.

On Sundays we'll boil up some eggs and cut veggies. Mostly celery and carrots and just put a handful in a sandwich bag. We keep the eggs bagged up in two's. Then in just just grab and go, bag of eggs, bag of vegs, and maybe an apple or banana. Sometimes I do a cup of cottage cheese instead of the eggs. If we didn't do it…

Nothing like a good ribeye, but that probably won't help anyone here. Zucchini is surprisingly good. I cut the zucchini into planks about a quarter of an inch brush with olive oil and a little salt.

Weekends kill me. I do pretty good during the week because everything is pretty much scheduled, breakfast and lunch are almost always the same, so I'll have a 200 to 400 calorie deficit a day. Eat out just once and blow 80% of my calories for the day. Sometimes I'm over by 2000 calories in a single day on the weekend and…

Usually being 300lbs and looking like an A-hole is enough to avoid trouble, but I've always thought about it. The legal aspect of it gives me enough of a headache that I've always thought it just wasn't worth it for me. Trying to figure out what's legal and what's not, and then even if it is legal but the police view you…

Nice work, I've never been able to quit for long. As soon as I get stressed I fall off the wagon. Never realized how bad it was until I started tracking my food. Soda was making up a third to half of my daily calories. If I could give that up, I'd almost always be under my calorie goal.

Bluetooth is quickly making the armbands pretty irrelevant.

How are you guys storing your ropes? Just picked up one and I'm just trying to find a way to store it that's quick to set up and quick to put away.

I tend to stay pretty consistent when it comes to lunch during the week. I generally eat the same thing, lately it's been a couple hard boiled eggs, a couple baby dill pickles, a sandwich bag of celery and carrots, and either a banana or an apple. I used to take a cup of cottage cheese instead of the eggs, but after 2yrs…

Never heard of an egg cooker before I read your post, which got me curious enough to pick one up. Thank you so much, it is amazing, so easy and peels so fast. Wish I would have come across your post earlier.

Wouldn't it depend on what you were trying to get out of it? Martial arts is a pretty broad umbrella. Sure if your focus is on the sport side of it and competition, then it would probably be the same as most other athletes. Self defense side? Are you ever too old to defend yourself? I'm sure the same would go for the…

Lazy is a choice, not a condition. Not meant in any kind of mean way either, I'm constantly reminding myself the same thing. You either choose to do something or you choose to do nothing. The more you choose to do something the easier it becomes.

Had a charge, it kept falling apart after a couple of months every time. Fitbit was generally good about replacing it, but it just wasn't worth the hassle. Switched to a Samsung Gearfit 2 and am much happier.

I'll eat 4-6 at a time. The only adverse effect is it keeps me fat.

Kangaroo?? If given the chance I'd eat people

I look at line #2 1 Turkey -8247 calories and I kinda wanna give it a shot. Maybe call it a cheat meal?

I would think it would depend on your personality. This probably makes me a horrible person but I made the most progress many many many years ago working out with a friend I didn't really respect. I know that sounds weird "friend I didn't respect", but I was young and a probably a bit arrogant. Thing was in my mind if he…

Do abridged series count? Because I used to like Dragon Ball Z, but I freakin love Team 4 star's Dragon Ball Z.

Samsung Gear fit 2, started with a fitbit Charge, but it fell apart so fast. Fitbit replaced it 5 or 6 times in less then a year. It just wasn't worth the hassle. The gear fit has held up really well and has a few more bells and whistles.

sometimes it's hard to tell when it's happening. Went from 368 to 300, and never really felt I looked any different in the mirror. Clothes just got looser. It is very apparent when you look at old pictures, but I could never really tell as it was happening.

6'1" Highest - 368 Current - 298 Goal - 250 to 260ish, but not below 250. I want to be big, just not fat.

Yeah, I didn't mean addiction in the strictest sense, but it is something I enjoy and turn to when stressed. And it seems like I'm always stressed, coupled with a general lack of will power. I will definitely give the fruit2o and sparkling ice's a shot. Thanks for the tip. I tried the zero waters and they were ok, but I…

Thank you for the information.

Haven't tried it yet, but I seen on YouTube where they spiralized the stem into noodles the same as like a zucchini

Type 2, and I'll volunteer to be the bad example of the group. A1C was 13 when I was diagnosed about 6 years ago. Haven't been back to the doctor in about 4yrs so not sure where I'm at now. It just got too dam expensive, and it's not like they were telling me anything I didn't already know. I have managed to drop about…

Interesting story. I was diagnose with type 2 about 6 years ago, runs in the family. My dad's got it and it's messing with him pretty bad. It's the main reason I refuse to go on any maintenance medications. I'll either get in under control with diet and exercise or I won't. It's encouraging when I read about someone…
