Ok so in the one pic with the blue shorts I'm 190 pounds and the other pic I'm 173 when I started my weight loss journey back in April of 2015 I was 220pounds that means I've lost just a little bit over 45 pounds in about 8 months and for those of you who think you can't do it you can it just takes time

Um it depends but usually I ate about 1300 calories a day and yes I did exercise I didn't go to the gym I did a lot of at home exercises i use the 8 fit app
