Down 72KG. It's hard to comprehend that I was that bit but hopefully it can motivate others into believing they can achieve great results.

Well done and what a spunk you are!

Down 89 lbs. SW 224 lbs, met my goal of 135 lbs over Christmas holidays. Still some weight to lose to look the way I want, but i'm focusing now on fitness goals, especially around lifting.

Take a picture of yourself in the mirror and compare it to one that someone else took of you from the front. Notice the differences.

I'm still new into this , but this is just in I believe 2 months. ( with , of coarse the holidays and all of the sweets !) I honestly thought that I hadn't changed one bit and my boyfriend pretty much made me take a progress picture tonight. ( day 4 back into the clean eating and gym).

I'd love to quote all the pages I just went through and give a big thumbs up to everyone but a way to go everyone will suffice. Love this thread.

Hoping to post my complete results in a month or two.

Ok so in the one pic with the blue shorts I'm 190 pounds and the other pic I'm 173 when I started my weight loss journey back in April of 2015 I was 220pounds that means I've lost just a little bit over 45 pounds in about 8 months and for those of you who think you can't do it you can it just takes time xnozwc6c1suw.jpg

I am mid-journey but feel great at where I am from where I was. My starting weight that was recorded was 373 pounds, I am currently around 237 pounds. I am still going and want to lose another 60-70 pounds to be at a goal weight.
