Yeah I only started a few days ago but they keep going over and I'm not sure why? I've just been eating leafy veg etc and it still takes me over my carb limits

Everyone is different u don't know my starting point or finishing point my training programme or what I plan to do after that there's no right or wrong it's trial and error And u can only speak for your own body thanks.

I've used pretty basic ones - have a look on amazon @ reviews & my protein sell some too. Any should work fine as I'm assuming you have low / average body fat

It depends on you n how quickly u can put it on (N muscle at that) people bulk anything from 1-6+ months if u monitor your fat gain (callipers r good) Then u can determine how much muscle you actually put on

Calorific intake way too low. Especially if u train hard. Dont forget carbs too u need to have a decent ratio of food. So if u increase one decrease another..
