You really have to find what works for you. Since I stopped logging my meals I've just learned to be more reasonable with what's on my plate. For example if I order a meal as soon as I get it, I cut it in half and save the other half for later. I eat small meals every 2-3 hours on the dot and I have been maintaining…

To those who thought I'd gain it all back.. finally found what works for me and I don't have to count calories anymore.

For the record getting back on adderall did not make me gain the weight back.

I was doing no carbs, 1200 calories of mainly protein foods (chicken,turkey,most meats) daily. Some people say it's unhealthy but I feel great and got the results I always dreamed of. My highest loss in a week was 4 lbs. usually it was 2 lbs a week.

I've started eating some more "normal" foods now that I'm at a comfortable weight. I think I'll be starting back up at the gym this coming week. Recovering from q recent injury.

Everybody assumes I have no muscle. I was simply asking if abs appear at a certain body fat %. This time last year I was lifting every day! My max bench was 315. I don't feel starved, I don't go hungry and I don't if new when my stomach tells me to eat.

I eat every two hours until I'm full and it just happens to end up right around 1200 calories.

I just weighed in at 177 and they say 12.7% body fat. But the people on my fitness pal are saying I look like in 15% so i dunno man.

thats a good transformation! ive lost about 50 lbs and just wish some definition would show. sitting down without a shirt on is discouraging.

I'm not 100% sure how macros work which is why I've basically been eating the same exact grilled chicken breasts etc. because I'm not sure what is too high or to low
