How do you know how many cals to log though? I've been on insanity for the last 7 weeks and haven't been logging it or taking it into account.

Thanks. I'll have a look. Treat meal is looking like being a plate of flap jacks it seems. They do the nicest ones ever in the work canteen but they are actually dripping honey or whatever they use.

I was on the scales dailly but yes, same here it was up and down by two pounds or more. Now just weekly.

Really if you can I'd say get out on the open road and don't think about numbers. Just run at a pace you can maintain. Local parkruns (check online) are a great free meet on a Saturday with runners of all ages and fitness levels. 5 k at whatever pace you can accomplish and the website makes tracking your improvements easy.…

Have you tried Focus T25? 25 mins per day is a realistic goal and should be maintainable. I've been on the Insanity version and he really does keep you motivated.
