I like them better but your mileage will vary. I like the protein and fiber I get from them and find them a great compliment to a cup of good coffee for breakfast. Maybe you could try one and see? Cookies and cream is my favorite flavor but I haven't tried them all.

No coffee?? I can't imagine! I get good coffee and drink it black. Definitely an adjustment but well worth it to me.

Hang in there, you can do it! I have a similar story....I was 265 pounds at my heaviest and now am 198 pounds at 51 years old (on my down to 180). I'm 6'0".

You can enjoy pizza and ice cream and still remain within your calorie limit. In fact, I do it quite frequently. :)

You guys rock! Ok, I have 1,100 calories banked for tonight so I should be in good shape! Now I am getting greedy and wondering if I can eat for 900 calories and still have 200 left for a glass of wine when I get home! :smiley: Seriously, thank you all....

Love me some carbs. I tried low carb a few years ago and it was not sustainable for me. Now, I focus on maintaining a calorie deficit and have never been happier.

I enjoy a glass of pinot noir most evenings...just simply budget the calories accordingly. :)
