  • Ok ill recalculate, I have a very active lifestyle so have being having 1500 calories but now I'm smaller I may require less. I'm very careful with my portions and my diet is very "clean" although I have one treat meal a week. Ill recalculate I may need to drop to 1200.

  • I agree with you, obesity is a problem and Im all for encouraging a healthy lifestyle but dont need to be an A**hole about it
  • i found it very mean, fat shaming is not nice and doesn't encourage people to lose weight i know that from experience. I agree with encouraging people to lead a healthier life style but never any need to be nasty about it.
  • 4Lbs for 3 weeks is really good a weight loss of more then 1LB a week unless your morbidly obese is not recommended, keep up the good work, and remember good things take time :)

  • I treat myself to one "cheat meal" a week but its still within my allocated calories and I put a little more effort in at the gym when I do so,it seems to work helps keep me happy and motivated without the guilt. If may have a burger for lunch but if I do have a lighter dinner :)

  • A few weeks ago I was on the same boat as you it does take a while to start with I'm in week 8 now and am just starting to see results. But remember to be honest with yourself. Make sure you're logging everything including oils you use for cooking, condiments you have with meals such as sauces etc as the all add up.…
