I miss drinking pepsi the most.. although I don't miss how sluggish it makes me. I also miss candy & bread.. I need to stop because now my mind is racing. Lol.

Me! I just do not really see a change even though I've lost a couple pants sizes. SW:168 CW:144 My goal is 125-130 so I'm hoping I notice some changes soon.

Me! I was on week 10 of BBG but I injured my shoulder so I'm taking a break.

I'm week 10 of BBG 1.0. I love it! It's the only workout program that I've stuck with. I've lost about a pound a week.

I'm similar! I'm 5'3'' SW 168 CW 148 GW 125 I started in February and have been losing about one pound a week even though it's more like nothing one week, .5lb another, 3.5 the next. Lol. It's not consistent but it evens out for me to stay on track to get to my goal weight this year.

I'm on week 9 of BBG 1. I've lost about a pound a week but my strength is improving each week which improves the feeling I get from just losing weight. This is the only workout program I've stuck with!

I'm on week 4 and I love it. I'm not using the food guide (just counting calories) but it's boosted my weight loss.
