Daily (every morning before consuming anything) even though I know it's frowned upon. I never take it too seriously as it is daily and bloat and whatnot isn't always consistent, but I've seen a steady decline overall. It also keeps my head in the game by reminding me my goals and to stick to them at the start of every day.

I lost 80 lbs only to gain back 80 plus 40! 110 lbs of damage later I know exactly how you feel. I just "restarted" this week as well, and I'm making a point to develop LONG TERM healthy habits. I'll be damned if I allow myself to not get back to being healthy and happy, but even more so if I let myself gain it all back…

I've been yo-yoing all my life. I was at my best health (running 3 miles in one go, etc) and then I went through a massive home-life struggle. Long story short it's been less than two years since then and I've gained 110 lbs and so here I am restarting. You're definitely not alone.
