Hi guys, I am sorry but I have to step away from this challenge for this month. I will try to still do everything I'm supposed to do but I was trying to do more than what I can with my hectic schedule and it is getting too hard. *12/01 Exercise: YES- Dancing is my favorite form of exercise. Calories: YES- I really want to say "totally dude!" Tracking: YES- I do it as soon as anything is going into my mouth. Can't risk forgetting to count calories. It's always easy to forget the slice of cake.
