Just moved to Wales from Scotland. Unfortunately have been doing not much at all since, especially with the flu going around. Heading to the hills and gym as soon as feeling better though. Got 21kg to lose first so dropping fizzy drinks and sweets too, at least the first two weeks have been easy going on that front.

Just got a gym membership sorted out again after an unrelated back injury. I'll start by deadlifting foam rollers and benching barbell collars though, just in case...

Less puffiness, more buff-iness! Or something like that

Hi, I'll just bring this up again. Not Scottish, but in Scotland, soon hopefully in Wales due to work. Trying to control portion sizes and the amount of fizzy juice I down. Also, back issues having been almost sorted, back to running some trails and cycling at least Oh yeah, and good 3 stones to lose for starters

Scotland's Houston is actually pretty close

Yup, open for everyone. Trying to eat 1800 and half of whatever exercise calories runkeeper comes up with, not the walking around the flat expenditure. Trying to cut on eating bread and pastries, not specifically doing a low carb, but just to stay within the calories and those really haven't helped before Going fairly well…

Arla launched skyr earlier this year, if you want little bit of variation in your yoghurts. Cottage cheese, beans and legumes in general

For all the open diary stalkers. And you trying to get into a gym habit, or cycling habit, or hiking habit. Or fellow smelly nerds. Trying to get under the 100kg/220lb mark as a first goal.
