I don't currently lift much- background in spinning and some Crossfit- but I'd like to lift more. Ok if I join in to learn more?
Try out Strong Lifts 5 x 5. In my fourth week and it is a great starter program. You increase 5 lbs. each workout and has really helped with familiarizing myself with weights and becoming confident in the gym.1 -
I have been dabbling in lifting and love it. Trying to get a schedule down for me. Any tips or tricks welcome. Add me if you would like. I definitely notice a difference in my body since I started lifting.0
