Some days are like that. I have those days when it just doesn't seem like I can eat enough and others when I just don't feel hungry. One day won't undo all of your work. Keep your head up. Tomorrow is a new day. :-)

I'm currently doing a "30 minutes of exercise a day" challenge. Clean eating challenges are also good. I have some charts for various monthly challenges as well (squats, arm, etc.).

I'll try to help, if I can. Sometimes, finding the motivation is tough. I would always go through a cycle when I was a teacher. I would work hard to loose the weight during the summer months and then gain it all back plus some during the school. It got so frustrating! I have gotten on a program now that has really worked…
