Mfp figured me at 1260 per day. I’ve been logging and staying in my limit daily. Except for this week, I have been walking about 45 min at least 3x week.

Next week will make 4 weeks for me and I’ve lost 10 by sticking to my calorie goal...definitely possible 😃

Distraction lol I get on mfp and start looking at before and after pictures to refocus.

Tomorrow marks 2 weeks for me. So far, I’m down 7 lbs staying within my calorie deficit. I eat chocolate every night and oh, I had a milkshake yesterday! My diary is open. I could never make it if I couldn’t eat foods that I enjoyed! I’m already feeling better!

Thanks everyone! I guess I’m asking too, does not drinking water or too little fluid cause you too hold on to water weight? Should ample amount of water be drank to flush out your body, helping with weight loss? Or does it really not matter that much.

I put in mfp to lose 2lb per week, lightly active...maybe a should have chosen sedentary I’m not sure...before last week I never worked out. I walk a lot at my job, but only work 3 days per week.

I eat a 100 cal pack of m&ms, dove bar, or Milky Way bar everyday...I love chocolate and don’t plan on giving it up! Just work it in to your allotted calls and stay in a deficit and you’ll be fine. I’m day 4 and down 4 so far...good luck!!

I’ll be 33 this year! Enough with my excuses...it’s time to shine! So many people that I know have had weight loss surgery. Not for me. I’ve just started. Tomorrow is day4. I’ve been allowing myself a 100 calorie chocolate each day. The dove 100 calorie bars are good...the also have 100 cal m&ms and milky ways...if I cut out everything that I like, I’ll never stick to things.

Hmm I haven't synced anything, just same old daily routine...maybe it's just s glitch and will correct itself.

I don't have a whole cheat day, but I do have a cheat meal...usually Friday's dinner...and it helps me stay on track...I look forward to it each week...usually me and my hubby go out to eat. I still try to eat within reason though...I still have the calorie counter in the back of my head lol

Count calories, food scale, eat at a deficit...it takes time. You didn't put your weight on overnight, and it won't come off overnight either...trust me, I wish it did! Best advice...get serious, motivated, and log everything! The gym/excersize is great too. Good luck on your lifestyle change :)

I have two kids...one is school aged and one is a toddler...I joined the y and it's great! They have childcare...lots of classes, and of course the gym...I push myself to go and count my calories with this app :) I go 3x a week...and I work also. My I was referring more to one day a week where you maybe go out to eat for dinner, not go crazy all day binging. Like, you still excersize and do your same daily routine...weighing your food, etc, but go out to dinner and be aware that you don't want to eat down the restaurant, but it's possible you could go over your…

Hi! I set my goal to lose 2 lbs week/active...I chose the active because I go to the gym 3x per week and work 2...I'm constantly moving/waking for 12 hrs...I guess I was confused...I thought that it set a goal to eat toward, and if I ate under that it would create a deficit...no wonder I've been so hungry lol
