If you are eat foods with a "hi" GI all the time it becomes very relevant whether you are fasting or not. How do you think people become diabetic... Your body can only product e so much insulin a time. Def. Mixed up the hi and low but glad you did your research like everyone should be...

I find that sweet potatoes give me the energy I need while keeping me full for longer periods of time than other carbs. If you research starched foods they have a low GI that spike insulin levels. I'd do small meal portions in general if I was trying to cut that amount of weight which ties into your calorie deficit at the…

You don't have to ask me questions. You could have went to the next thread. I asked if anyone needed advice I'd be glad to help with any questions. That doesn't mean I'm an expert doesn't mean I'm a specialist. If I give you advice you take it and go research it. Advice isn't fact it is advice. If I was an expert I'd still…

If I was trying to cut down 40 plus pounds I'd stick with veggies and lean meats. Besides that I'd incorporate sweet potatoes into my diet as well. Get rid of foods high in starch, bread, juices and soft drinks...with vegetables I like a variety of them, just keep your portions small when meal prepping. Good luck! And be…

Yes because carbs from veggies are nutrient dense plus complex carbs last longer keeping you full for longer amounts of time. I'm sure you can survive off of a non carb diet but you might not meet your nutrition requirements

I use it. It gives you energy. I am not sure how much weight you could loose by using it. Its filled with anti oxidants though which is a plus! I recommend match a green tea powder...

I don't think anyone should take advice as truth...its advice, its an opinion, we should all do research on things we read, see and hear. I don't mind the discussion I just think the negative comments are funny. I never said I was an expert on anything so you can take the advice or leave it...but thanks for the comment bro!

If I were you I'd cut down on carbs and sugar. I make sure most of my carbs from from veggies. Meal prep for the week veggies and lean meats.

Run_fit the average man burns around 1800 calories a day so yes your body will. That amount of calories you won't meet your nutritional needs so I would recommend 850 a day.

Its not unhealthy but fruits to have a high carb content compared to veggies. And they have sugar so if ur competing its good to cut out fruit.

I'd only recommend it if you don't have very active day to day duties. Basically you are low carbing 5 days out the week, and on these days u should be working small muscle groups. Arms, chest abs. Low carving would be 30 to 50 grams per day. Split ur 2 High carb days up, on these days you'll go hard in the gym doing…
