Well the way I did it was to eat 0 carbs till after a work out in the afternoon. Then eat all of my daily carbs then. So wake up fasted cardio if your super serious about weight loss. Then eat no carbs till like 3ish weight train. Then eat carbs after the work out. You will be noticeably weaker doing this.0

I'd only recommend it if you don't have very active day to day duties. Basically you are low carbing 5 days out the week, and on these days u should be working small muscle groups. Arms, chest abs. Low carving would be 30 to 50 grams per day. Split ur 2 High carb days up, on these days you'll go hard in the gym doing working large muscle groups I.e. legs, back. High carb days can range from 300 grams to 500 depending on ur size. P.s. those low carb days suck! Lol. Good luck!!0

Its done a few different ways but some days are low carb and some are high... generally higher on lifting days. Mike Matthews has a good article about it that can walk you through it.
To point out this isn't a weight loss thing as that is controlled by calories. Its largley to support training and personal adherence.0
