I have done all three levels and have completed them, but for variety I just mix in the levels with other workouts. I will do level 1 one day, level 2 the next and then level 3 just so I don't get bored. I will also do other workouts in between such as aerobics or walking for variety. I usually have a glass of red wine every night and I measure it and usually do a 1/2 hour walk over my lunch to make up for the wine. I know you don't have that option right now, but that is what I usually do and I usually try not to exceed 1 glass per night.

Weight today is 139.5 Last week's weight was 138 Goal weight is 130 Not happy this morning, but did eat slot of sodium yesterday so water weight is most likely the culprit. :(
