You can't spot reduce fat (unfortunately) from any specific part of the body.. All you can do is eat at a caloric deficit and reduce your over all body fat %. Exercise is one way of creating that caloric deficit though!

Exactly how I feel. I'm 119, and would like to lose another 10 - 15 pounds. But I decided to concentrate less so on the scale and more so on the mirror. For me the look achieved by lifting far outweighs a number on the scale.
