Life After 30 Day Shred

I'm on my second round of 30 Day Shred and I like the intensity and time commitment of it. However I'm almost done and don't know where to go next. Any suggestions for workouts post 30DS? I'd love to hear some suggestions! Please and thank you

    I loved Ripped in 30, and I'm on my 12th and last week of her Body Revolution program. After this, I'm in the gym to start proper lifting.

    It depends if you want more of Jillian or not. I loved Ripped in 30, same amount of time and same format but more challenging in my opinion. Otherwise, for approx the same amount of time there are the newer beachbody programs - focus t25, p90x3, insanity max 30... I also liked Rushfit because it allowed for cardio days that you choose your own activity as long as you work within a certain range of effort. I skipped half of the warmup though, it was just too long for me.

    You should check out fitnessblender.com! They have loads of free workout videos plus cheap structure 4 and 8 week plans. I love the variety of if, and I'm doing my second round of one of their 4 week plans.

    But like shrinkingletters I'm just trying to build up a degree of strength so that I can really start hitting the weights and lifting properly in the next few months.

    Thank you for the suggestions! Do you have to pay for fitnessblender? I've never done any of the beach body stuff. Maybe that's next on my list. :)
