I strength train 3x a week, currently finishing up a 4 week program with fitnessblender.con then I'm hoping to start New Rules of Lifting for Women or Stronglifts, need to look in to it a bit more and then decide!
My diary and profile are open and although I use TDEE method (so don't log exercise calories) I still log my workouts on MFP w/out the calories. Feel free to add me I'm looking to add friends too!0 -
