Thank you everyone and its more how I am left to feel physically vs mentally def feel bad that I didn't stick with my plan today but eating what I did has left me feeling very ill so wasn't sure if I could eat / drink /take anything to relieve my upset stomach and to feel better in the morning

I have had this problem as well where I do so good all week and then will be around sweets or other snacks that I love and ruin it by not just tasting or having a few but then I binge out ( hence all the skittles and starburst I just stuffed after doing good all day ) ughh

Yes I love grapes but frozen ones are esp good!! I love the red seedless and yes I should def be weighing them as using a measuring cup I am probably going over what I am estimating them to be

I normally do Plain greek yogurt and mix in either ..raisins with sunflower seeds or a banana sometimes I will mix it with a small amount of granola and bluberries I also buy weight watchers oatmeal cups which are yummy and good for on the go just add water and microwave

That's me too when I do indulge I eat it all and continue to eat it even If I am feeling sick normally left with a 2 day sugar hangover !

Ugghh hate when that happens that is why I can't have it around I either do so good and I dont eat it at all or I eat all of it and binge, out of sight out of mind I guess

Wow glad to read this thought it was just me I was 147 and am now down to 108 and ever since losing weight I am always FREEZING and we havent even hit winter yet I am already blasting my heat in the house and in my car

I eat plain greek yogurt for breakfast but I normally just mix in a mini box of raisins with sunflower seeds or blueberries, strawberries or a little honey

I measure it with a tbs measuring spoon is it ok to measure that way ? And yes im within my calories but always feel guilty after doubling the serving
