I have asked my doctor she beat around the bush I’ve started walking around the block it’s just cold outside and I hate that I had my baby 2 weeks ago I want to start running next but figured I’d wait til week 6

Yes I have seen a change also I'm lost an inch off my lower belly so far, I also started a high protien and fiber diet to aid in weight loss

I use lean 25 at gnc for protien I use banana a DNA chocolate and mix the 2 it's pretty yummy, shakeology is to expensive and sounds nasty

I got a memebership almost 2 weeks ago I've gone 5 days a week I do cardio first then lift for about 30 to 45 mins I also walk home now since it's getting nicer I eat healthy and I've gained a 1/2 in on my waist since then. My first mini goal was to get down in size then to get under 170 now my current mini goal is to make it to 160 I'm 3 pounds away!

I've lost 23 pounds since November and alot of toning. I've had my week spots in that time where I gained a little bit back but got to get back up and pick off where you left.

I started with walking then adding small things here and there then jumped into insanity

I finished insanity a month go I lost about 15 pounds and gain muscle. It was worth I just joined a gym this weekend and I don't sweat as much as I did with insanity good luck and stick with it!

I do to peanut and Apple's or a cereal bar something that's not to bad I like the granola bar with the nuts and fruits it a pretty sweet. Once you have cut back on sweets the craving will slowly go away
