Absolut newbie where do I start?

I am overweight and unfit what type of exercise is good to start off with? This is one area I am clueless at . Any help or advice would be great

    What do you like to do? The thing that you are more likely to do will be the best ;)

    I would recommend with body weight exercises. Strength training is the way to go. Incorporate some More intense interval workouts. There are loads of free resources. Even the Nike training app. Download it and start doing them everyday. Try one of the quick 15 min ones. You don't need weights. You can do them in your living room.
    Any workout can be modified to your level.

    Come up with some real measurable goals too.

    Also set lots off goals that have nothing to do with scales. Just take it slow and steady.

    Maybe start with walking or some light weight training and log your food diligently.

    The first step is some times the hardest.

    I started with walking then adding small things here and there then jumped into insanity
