Anybody doing or done the shred ? I'm on day 27 and was just wondering people's results and what u did once the 30 days was up ? Thanks

    I've not weighed in or measured yet , 3 days left until I can ! How did u find insanity ? I tried it but was too difficult for me

    I'm on day 18 of 30 DS. I'm doing Ripped in 30 next. I've read it's a good progression from the shred.
