Yes! I was given an air popper years ago and I love it! I never bought microwave popcorn again! Lol.

I only get a small with no butter. The AMC small is around 350 calories (or less than 400 calories). The large with butter is definitely a day worth of calories though.

Girl, there are 2 things I won't give up...Wine and coffee! As long as you don't have too much I think it's fine.I have recently reduced to having 1 cream and no sugar.
