Fantastic! A great achievement! @Diannemcal- there are many BMI charts that definitely vary depending on your height. I am 5'8 and technically obese which sounds so bad! 196 is the magic number out of obese range for my height.

It's cooler here this weekend - Sept 10-11th. Sunday's high says 9C/57F!!! And then next week it's saying 24C/75F... what the heck? You are so lucky to have apple trees! I miss having them. As a kid we had so many we got tired of them - now I want them! Healthy options- slice some into a salad or make some homemade applesauce! I have suggestions for unhealthy ones... but they would be high calorie...

Well, I am back to 210 even but still need to relose like 2.4 so that is annoying. It seems extra hard this week cuz it was a short week. Let's stick to cals this weekend! @omnomfox i know right? Cals burned are way to generous, I assume half of it.

I love that stuff, it saved me because I love sugary drinks! I used to drink like three glasses of iced tea a day... little did I know how many calories were in there. I still drink it but allow for cals now. I use them every day!!! Highly recommend as well!

My biggest tip is - stick to the calorie limit. It doesn't mean giving up anything. You can eat goodies... just count the cals on them. I am 5'8 and 207ish but started at 267. I know what it's like to be big, trust me! I also know that you CAN do this! My goal is 160ish to start with but would love to be less than that - it is the highest range for my height. I will add!

I just turned 31 and have lost almost 50lbs so far. Many to go but always look for motivating, friendly people along the way! I actually didn't discover this til I was 30.
