I don't like exercise either - HA! I've lost 70ish pounds just by sticking to my calorie limit on here. I don't judge and try to be motivating! You can do this!

Confidence! Even though I haven't lost all my excess weight, I feel so much better about myself because I look better in certain clothes and just feel like weight isn't blocking me.

I like your realistic approach. 160ish is my ultimate goal as well. I have had some success but lately re-gained due to plain overeating. Started at 267ish and I am at 215 right now. Looking for some extra motivation as well! I will send you a request!

So mine - even though I didn't come close to my goal of 199 thanks to faulty scale readings,lol... I can freaking wear some jackets that I couldn't before cuz they would cling to my back and show the flab... now they don't!!! WOOHOO!

It was weird cuz they said Sat was the rainiest day and yet it turned out Friday was! Sat was just overcast and wet here. Glad you did the walk and completed it! You should be proud of that!

Weighing in early this week due to over eating on the weekend and I know it won't improve much by tomorrow anyways. Freaking 213.2 today. Not pleased, not surprised. Hoping it is water retention - AGAIN. I think I will be spending the rest of the month returning to 207. Bye bye 199 :/

My weekend was not good eating wise. Something about this cold weather makes me just want warm food in large portions. I just want to eattt lol!

Did decent this week. Stayed under cals and exercised every day. Hoping for a good weigh in next Wed. I am guessing a month at most for biking before it is too cold. Once this cold weather settles in, this will be more difficult, no gardening or biking. Will have to take up walking again. Have a great weekend everyone!

I have no idea what is going on with me. I watched cals all week, I've actually been exercising... and I am up to 212.6. I am really upset with this. I really am thinking the 207 was a lie on my scale, cuz I don't think I've gained almost 6lbs when I am eating below cals.
