  • I'm not sure if anyone has said yet but I would advise weighing and measuring everything you eat and put into your body. You can be eating a lot more calories than you think if you aren't doing this, you could also be retaining water. Eat clean, workout, measure food and you'll see results Good luck!

I was always under the impression the HRM can tell exact calories burnt so very useful for me to know this isn't the case as I tend to keep track of all workouts and I measure and weigh all food and drink as well! @Merkavar awesome, thank you
