Well it probably doesnt always but from what I've seen paleo tends to be just the basics and super limited on ingredients so for me that would cut out some of the crap in the normal bars and shakes I see.

Well there are several that claim to be....I'm not paleo but i would love too find something for fast meal replacement that is on the healthier side

Ha! I have also though of a bike! Do you have any tips are starting lifting (even if its just baby strength training with dumbbells. For at home mostly not ready to invest in gym membership)???? :)

You know I put in all my stuff on MFP and it gave me a daily calorie intake of 1296....that seems really low to me? I agree its mostly a food thing!

Thank you! I hate working out so I don't know where to start. I bought a Tae Bo Video because it is what I did back in the day and told myself that I would start walking every day and doing Tae Bo once a week to start ( I have a horrible track record with burn out) Thank you!
