And yeah ur right Annr I've found I've 'tried' before a few times to set my goals and reach them however before like u say it was way easier to chuck anything in my mouth on the go and I found myself with so many excuses but this time it's different even the little things like going to shop for my kids sweets…

Awesome that ur working to ur goals and doing it for yourself I think it's far too easy to fail trying to reach something for someone else! I'm wanting to do it to be able to keep up with my kids and for good health! I'd love to be able to be able to do something like a marathon but I think I'm a longgg way off just yet!

What's the best thing to use to record exercising ? I downloaded the my fit tracker but heard not compatible :neutral: is that true?
