New to calorie control diet

I'm on day 3 and I've stuck to my calorie intake since I started but i feel tired all the time due to my previous habits of not eating actual meals but nibbling all day anyone got any good suggestions that might help!

    Stick to it for a week.....It will start to feel a lot better. I went thru food withdrawals too.
