Not a very hilly area. A couple decent hills, and a few more noticeable climbs, but other than that, all flat.

But I have cross checked it several times to make sure its accurate, and it always comes up pretty close to a self test (counting pulse for 10 seconds times by 6). I use a Polar Heart…
