I'm new to myfitnesspal. I've recently joined a gym and signed up for some sessions with a trainer to jumpstart. My goals is to loose 100 lbs. I'm thinking it will take me approximately 1.5 - 2 years, but I can do it! So far I've lost 15lbs in 7 weeks and I'm doing it in a healthy way!
