My favorite after losing about 100 lbs was running into someone I hadn't seen for a long time at the store. And she knew she knew me and DIDN'T RECOGNIZE ME, and was making those confused faces and saying "Wait, wait, I'll get it" and when she realized who I was her jaw dropped. No better feeling!

I was wondering (since OP didn't hear the whole conversation) if that might be it. It's a little known side effect of losing large amounts of weight that you can drop half a shoe size or more. Very strange. Happened to me.

It doesn't matter if you have strong feelings about any food in particular at all. Leave other peoples food choices alone entirely. Especially strangers in public who didn't ask you. Is this really hard for people?
