I've found that I have to go ahead and log it, even if it's bad. Keeps me accountable.

Stay encouraged. Take it one day at a time. It may not fall off fast, but remember each day you can make some progress.

I've definitely slept in my workout clothes, especially if I'm feeling really unmotivated and out of the habit of exercising.
