    It makes me giggle when people are like oh yeah I've only lost....amount of weight. I'm like yo *kitten* (sorry excuse the language lol) you've LOST weight. Do you realize how many people struggle with just THAT? Don't downplay your accomplishments! I've lost half of what you've lost and I'm freaking thrilled. I tried losing weight for years and it either went nowhere or went up. So yeah. You haven't lost "only" 30 pounds. You've lost 30 pounds!
