My problem is I always overwhelmed myself with workouts and meal plans that I got discouraged. I finally stopped doing too much too quickly and took it one day at a time. Making what I put into my body the biggest priority. I do online workouts but found that I love walking. Starting easy not to overwhelm as usual I commit…

I just started my journey also. I found a site called darebee.com u can choose 30 day programs depending on your goals or what I did was map my week on what to work what day and just search workouts by muscle group. Good luck on your journey!

Szodyraa check out darebee.com I just found it a week ago and so far so good. Lots of workouts using body weight or dumbbells. I tried bodybuilding.com but their workouts seem to use more machines. Good luck on your journey!
