Where do u get your workouts??

I came across www.Darebee.com and love the variety and visuals. I joined www.BodyBuilder.com but they use too many weights and machines I don't have access too and I'm not "building" yet anyway haha. I just downloaded Fitness Blender. I tend to overwhelm myself with just research. Just looking for first hand knowledge.

Kayla Itsines program is popular, although I disagree with her as a person. Pinterest is always a good way to get easy routines. Pinterest has hundreds of different types of workouts you can do, and is awesome for fitness in general. My overall opinion is that it is not so much having the perfect routine as it is just being consistent.1

Fitnessblender.com has free videos and a customizable calendar.3

Outside. I just go out the door ... and walk. Or cycle.
Inside ... I just go out the door next to the lift ... and climb stairs.4 -
Streaming:
Fitnessblender.com
12 Week IdealShape Up Challenge
15 Day Fight the Fat Challenge
sparkpeople.tv/
Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home Youtube channel
Jessica Smith tv
DVD wise I liked:
X-TrainFit at Home (kind of a love/hate with this one...found the trainer annoying, but it was a good balance of strength and cardio)
Rockin' Body (good for cardio, but you will still probably want to do some strength training along with it)
I also have 3 Leslie Sansone DVD's.
I also like:
Strong Curves
I do highly recommend reading the book. It's awesome. The Strong Curves Workout Templates have been put online here: http://bretcontreras.com/wp-content/uploads/Strong-Curves-Workout-Templates.pdf
There's 4 programs. Body weight/At Home, Beginners Lifting, Advanced lifting, and Glutes only.

I lift and use a couple phone apps depending on my program...but remember building muscle is only one reason to lift weights...maintaining muscle while losing fat and getting stronger.
I walk so use Mapmyfitness along with all other exercise
I bike
I swim
I run
If I want another type of workout I use fitness blender...or 30 day shred video...thinking about purchasing ripped in 30.1 -
Hi - I've been following this program:
http://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/abs-and-core-exercises/28-days-six-pack-abs-workout-program
But it's also a great source of any type of workout with free videos too:

When I got a resistance band set to help with rehabilitation, it came with a booklet of suggested strength-training exercises. I usually just follow the booklet.1

I like 30 Day Fitness Challenge. It's an app that tells you what to do, how long it took you to do, and how many calories you burned. No equipment required!2

I love the 30 day fitness challenges too. Keeps it varied1

By far, fitness blender has been my favorite1
