Where to start?

Right now I'm trying to lose a good chunk of weight then I want to tone. My question is where do I start like what work outs should I start with. I want to tone my arms, hips, stomach, and legs oh annnddd my butt! Ya, ya, I'm new to this and just want to see some options!

    Start a full body strength routine. Some that I know of are:
    Strong Curves (has bodyweight as well as lifting programs)
    Stronglifts 5x5
    Ice Cream Fitness 5x5
    Starting Strength
    New Rules of Lifting for Women

    You might also want to look into online video programs like:
    12 Week IdealShape Up Challenge
    15 Day Fight the Fat Challenge
    Fitnessblender.com
    Sparkpeople.tv

    I just started my journey also. I found a site called darebee.com u can choose 30 day programs depending on your goals or what I did was map my week on what to work what day and just search workouts by muscle group. Good luck on your journey!

    Whatever you end up starting with, start slow at a rate that is safe for you. I have tried jumping straight into hard corp programs and have always ended up getting discouraged and quitting because I think I should be able to do what everyone else is doing. Just starting something....anything....is better than nothing! Don't worry so much about perfection but the process - it makes the journey more doable!!
