  • And galgenstrick it has been about 2 and a half weeks. I weigh myslef every day. Previously I was losing approximately 100grams a day so found it strange when it didn't move after a while.
  • I'm not sure what a trending weight app is, so I would say no I'm not? When I have lost weight I always update mfp. Why is it difficult to accurately gauge my proccess? Sorry, I don't know much about weight loss, I was an unhealthy eater before this so it's all new to me.

  • Awesome, thanks! I will have to be more careful I guess. I'm quite tall, and mfp reccommended 1200 a day. Someone told me that isn't very much. Is it possible I'm not eating enough? I don't feel hungry.
  • I have a chronic pain condition (undiagnosed). For excercise I prefer to just go for a walk with the dogs, even if just for 10 minutes, and if I'm having a bad day, go for a swim and do some aerobic exercise. It's not a full on workout but I've still managed to lose 5kg doing that and eating right. Hope you get better soon.
