Really struggling lately. Honestly, my goal is to stay under 1200 NET each day. I need to take it easy, day by day, and the last few days I actually had to step away from counting calories because I was stressed. Update - I am now 134 after having much difficulty between my food allergies, intolerances, and preferences during my 5 day stay with family.
