I'm striving for 1000 cal (very petite and low metabolism) but usually more like 1200 and to be honest haven't really noticed much change at all :( just getting back into exercise now though and hoping to burn 200 ish by running a few times a week which might help me along :)

Hiya! I'm 18, and 5'1ish. I'm currently at 53.8 kg and am wanting to lose about 3 kg this month. I'm not sure how realistic this is, because I'm just starting, but I'm aiming to really cut back on carbs and start exercising 3-4 times a week for half an hour.
