My 30th birthday was yesterday and there was a bit of alcohol involved. Right back on track today though! hope everyone is having a great long weekend!3

Hoping everyone is having a great weekend!. Weight unchanged from last week, but have been within calories and on the eliptical everyday from friday. That's new for me.
I have a NSV of being able to see the veins in my feet. Up to a couple of weeks ago, I had balloon ankles at the end of the day. So some progress.2 -

Wasn't perfect over weekend, but mid week efforts helped. Grateful for Monday to purge refrigerator of company food & get back to basics. Let's do this for month of September!

Well... I did not go down at all this week. However, looking back I can see why there was no change.

I did ok this weekend. I love what you said about each day is a new chance. And how even each meal is a chance to make healthier choices. It's so easy to just give up for the day. I know I have said 'well I already went over my calories or ate bad I might as well go all out". Which is a horrible way if thinking but I'm working on that.

Feeling stressed because we have a hurricane coming, and I have happy feelings for other reasons (new relationship) so my eating has been erratic. The scale showed this morning, but I've been close to maintenance so it should level out.1

I'm striving for 1000 cal (very petite and low metabolism) but usually more like 1200 and to be honest haven't really noticed much change at all just getting back into exercise now though and hoping to burn 200 ish by running a few times a week which might help me along1

The holiday weekend was a challenge as I was visiting family out of state. I did pretty good. Stayed under 1500 cals a day and got right back to it. I didn't let the piece of pie I enjoyed be an excuse to go crazy all week! In the past, I would think I had ruined it! But now I just take the next meal and get right back on it. I don't try to be "perfect", I just try to do "better".5
