    School starts back up on Monday so I'm using today's weigh-in just in case I forget.

    Curiously, the weigh-loss formula doesn't work for me and the alignment of the numbers are off. Eh. W/E.

    It's been raining all week so I been mostly sedentary and still loss a pound. Don't know how that happen but I'll take it.

    Aug 21: 193.4
    Aug 28*: 192.4 (might adjust this if I remember to weigh in on Monday)

    Put todays weight down for tomorrow, but will probably be about the same for tomorrow anyway.Am down 6.2 lb. Yes! So pleased!

    Hello I just joined fitness pal yesterday and I would like to join... this maybe the motivation I need. I have been preparing my lunch for work ahead of time or I'll buy pre-made pasta meals from Trader Joe's. I buy Mango slices and bananas and been having protein shakes at night for the most part. I am an emotional eater or I eat out of boredom so I've been trying to make changes.
