Hi guys!
I'm looking for those who have the same stats as me and wanting to know how they reached their goals. Currently my goal is 53 kilos in the next 6 weeks. I'm eating 1200 calories a day exercising 4 days a week with walking weights and Bikram yoga. Have been doing this for the past 2 weeks and haven't lost anything. I'm very careful with my calories so the chance of under estimating is small. I have upped the protein and no cut most carbs and have limited sugar. Any help would very appreciated ! I'm 27 years old and female.

    You're 5'2", 127 lbs., and want to lose 10 lbs. in 6 weeks? No. A healthy, sustainable loss at your size is .5 lb. per week, so you could reach goal in 20 weeks—by Valentine's Day. Not by Halloween.

    If you haven't lost any weight in two weeks, then you're not eating at a deficit. Learn to log everything you eat and drink accurately and honestly. Logging works.

    I'm 5'2" as well and didn't lose any weight after 3 weeks restricting to 1200 calories. I decided to lower it by 100 and it worked. I have been steadily losing 2 pounds per week since then. Find your maintenance, then slowly reduce from there to going your deficit. Good luck!

    Hiya! I'm 18, and 5'1ish. I'm currently at 53.8 kg and am wanting to lose about 3 kg this month. I'm not sure how realistic this is, because I'm just starting, but I'm aiming to really cut back on carbs and start exercising 3-4 times a week for half an hour.

    A healthy, sustainable loss is .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight. So at 5'1" and 118 lbs., your goal to lose 6.6 lbs. in a month (1.65 lbs. per week) is unhealthy.

    You can safely lose 3.3kg in 13 weeks—not 4.
