@BZAH10 thank you very much, and yes currently sticking where I am for a few weeks then my new goal will be to gain as much lean muscle as possible for maybe 6 - 8 months

This is probably the case, I'm 5'10 by the way. Im nearly at the date where I go on holiday anyway so I'll be upping the calories a bit anyway plus the time off the gym may help

Believe me as soon as I've got to the finish line next week I'm going to be eating plenty of the good stuff

Can't be caffeine as I never have much anyway and I've not cut out my daily coffee intake really, it could be the calorie thing though

Well yes and no, I mean I upped my fat intake and lowered my carbs slightly but the calories are the same. I felt better from that. But with work commitments I can't drink enough during the day it's not cramped into small time frames

I agree, as a beginner circuits over the muscle splits are best. If you aren't a beginner though then muscle splits.
